Return & Exchange Policy
The company promises that goods meeting the following conditions can be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the date of sale (based on the customer's actual receipt date):
The product itself has quality problems;
The product is damaged during transportation;
The wrong item was shipped, or the received product does not match the order, but it does not affect resale.
The following situations are not eligible for the 7-day no-reason return policy:
Personalized customized products;
The product has been used (electronic products are considered used if they are powered on);
The product and its functional components and accessories show signs of wear and tear;
The outer packaging of the product is lost or severely damaged (excluding opened packaging), actually affecting the resale of the product;
The product is unsuitable for return or exchange due to its nature, and you have confirmed at the time of purchase that the product is not returnable;
Other situations where the product is in poor condition and affects resale.
How to apply for a return or exchange
For returns or exchanges due to personal reasons: Within 7 days of receiving the goods, please send an email to the after-sales service center, provided that the product does not affect resale. After-sales customer service will process your application within 1-3 business days after receiving your email. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
For returns due to quality issues: Within 7 days of receiving the goods, please send an email to the after-sales service center (email: service@mail.bazaarleap.com). Customer service will process your application within 1-3 business days after receiving your email. The company will cover the return shipping costs.
Regarding returns: Within 7 days of receiving the goods, please contact the courier company directly to return the goods. After receiving the goods, the courier company will notify us of the refund details, and the company will complete the refund process within 15 business days.
